By LIZ HODGESSource Reuters|File photoThe French home design industry is booming as consumers seek cheaper alternatives to traditional homes.
With the rise of smart home devices, and the rise in people wanting to create their own homes, French home designers have found themselves increasingly reliant on the online marketplace to sell their designs.
The French house design industry has exploded in recent years as consumers have become more discerning about the quality and value of home design.
In the past few years, the number of people seeking home design services in France increased by a staggering 5.8 percent.
As a result, home design houses have become increasingly popular among professionals looking for the most affordable options.
However, the trend isn’t limited to France.
In Germany, the German interior design market has exploded, and more than 40 million homes are being designed each year.
There are currently more than 70 million French homes on the market, according to research firm Gensler.
The trend in France is similar to Germany’s.
In France, the vast majority of the homes being sold are being built in low-density apartments, and prices are being pushed as low as €400 per square foot, according an estimate from Genslers.
According to the agency, the average house price in France was €500,000 in 2017, according the National Statistics Office (NSE).
And a typical home cost €600,000 a year, with many homes costing more than €1 million.
But as more and more people are opting for a low-cost home design option, French designers have come under increasing pressure to cater to this trend.
Gensler found that French home designs have become much more expensive since 2017, due to the trend of people wanting lower quality options.
“In 2017, people wanted a lower-priced design, but in 2018 it has changed,” the agency said in a statement.
The agency also said that as a result of this demand, French house designers have had to make drastic changes to their homes, such as cutting down on the size of the house, which they say makes it more difficult to sell a high-end home.
“In 2018, house design houses are also having to reduce the size, because of this high demand,” Gensers said.
“This has increased their prices, and we see a huge increase in the number and the price of houses in the country,” Gersler added.
According the agency’s research, between 2015 and 2017, there were more than 10 million home design homes being built across France.
The problem in France isn’t just a product shortage, but also a lack of knowledge about the French market.
A lack of French language instruction on the home design market, and a lack the knowledge of the buyer to understand what to expect when purchasing a home design has led to some people buying home designs with the intent of selling them for a profit.
In the end, the French homes sold by the marketers are often sold for €400,000, making them far more expensive than they should be.
In a statement, the agency stressed that the demand for affordable home designs is growing at an alarming rate, with the demand expected to increase by an average of 2.5 percent per year.
