Frazier, Texas (AP) A home designer program that helps residents design, build and maintain their own homes could help reduce urban sprawl and save money.

Home Design Institute, an organization that helps people create and maintain homes, launched a pilot program in South Texas this week.

Its mission is to make it easier for homeowners to design and buy homes in a way that helps the environment and the economy.

The program will offer a $50 grant to any resident interested in participating in the program.

A home that can be sold for $100,000 or more can be built with materials ranging from aluminum to steel.

The cost of the home will be shared equally between the homeowner and the organization.

Home Designer has raised about $5.5 million through crowdsourcing and a Kickstarter campaign.

It will start its pilot in South Austin, Texas, in 2018.

The project is part of a larger effort to improve the home-building process.

The Texas Legislature is considering legislation that would let homeowners choose to participate in the pilot program.

That bill, HB 955, would allow homeowners to get their homes inspected by a certified home inspector, and homeowners would be able to submit a list of criteria for a home design.

If approved, the legislation would make it legal for homeowners in Texas to receive a home inspection certificate.

Home design is a growing industry in Texas.

According to a 2015 report from the Texas Association of Realtors, home design was the second-largest industry in the Lone Star State.

The report found that nearly half of Texans aged 35 to 64 have a bachelor’s degree in home design or home improvement.

The new program is designed to help people who want to design their own house, but who have never previously built one.

The idea is that the home could be built as a one-person project with some elements of a traditional home, like windows and doors, but it could be customized to suit a homeowner’s needs.

Home designers can use tools such as 3-D printers, laser cutters and 3-dimensional printers to build a house.

The program also provides a free online online course for homeowners.

Home designer Steve Bowers, a co-founder of the program, said his organization has helped thousands of people across the state create and save thousands of dollars on their homes.

Bowers said the program would help people save money, improve energy efficiency and keep the environment clean.

He also said homeowners who want the program can sign up for a six-month training course.

The home design industry has exploded in recent years, and there is a lot of interest in building more homes.

More than 1.1 million homes were sold in 2016, according to the National Association of Home Builders.
